ClayCo Construction has over 20 years of experience in new construction sales, design and service. ClayCo Construction works hard to make your experience the best and easiest experience possible when purchasing and building your dream home. With the experience of being involved with the design and construction of over 100 new homes in the Caldwell, Catawba, and Burke county areas, along with the cities of Lenoir, Conover, Morganton, Hickory and also the towns of Sawmills, Granite Falls and Hudson we have learned a lot about the new home construction process and use this knowledge to make your life easier. We have a streamlined process that allows a huge amount of personal touch to your new home and yet is not time consuming-we know how valuable you consider your time, and we do not want to take any more than is necessary away from you. We will guide you thru the entire process from selecting the perfect land-and which plan fits the best on the property, to the last detail in the construction process. Our selection of lots is huge-or you can choose to have us build on your own property. We also have a number of designs for new homes that can be modified any way you wish and we have a designer if you choose to have us build anything we don’t already have. We are fully insured and are members of the two local Home Builders Associations, the North Carolina Homebuilders Association, and the National Homebuilders Association.
Phillip Bollinger started his real estate career while still in college at NC State in Raleigh in 1988. He began by selling new construction homes and land on the weekends in Holden Beach, NC and that is where his love of construction began. After graduation and working his father in furniture related industry he again decided that real estate and new construction were where he wanted to be in his career. He then started a construction company and bought an office building in beautiful downtown Granite Falls, NC for his brokerage and contracting businesses to be housed. We have now moved to an even better location to serve our customers at 2180 Connelly Springs Road in Lenoir, NC. Over the years Phillip has been involved in the construction of over 100 new homes in the area-he has built every type of home imaginable from custom 10,000+ square feet to the starter home-all with construction quality that will make any homeowner proud. He has also served in numerous capacities in the local homebuilders boards including being on the board of directors.

Our Homes
ClayCo Construction has a large number of plans that we have constructed over the years that are available for you to view. We also have a residential designer to assist with any changes you may want in your new home-this includes everything from a minor modification to a completely new designed from scratch home.

We offer a wide selection of items that you put your personal touch on while getting ready to begin construction on your new home-these items include cabinets, siding and brick/stone selection, lighting, flooring, paint colors, and much more-it is up to you as always. The majority of these custom choices will be at your fingertips when you are in our office-and any other selections you may need will be arranged thru our numerous business associates that we have spent years developing relationships with-all just to help you have a better experience.
